Vacancy for Insulation worker / Apprentice technician
Van der Linden and Veldhuis, a company specialised in thermal, acoustic and fire-resistant insulation for industrial applications, is searching for an insulation worker. The company provides advice, design, construction and assembly both for new construction as well as for the maintenance of existing insulation. Important secondary works are asbestos removal and the delivery of heat-resistant products. With more than 100 employees, we are one of the largest insulation specialists in the Netherlands. The working area is “greater Amsterdam”.
Function description
As an insulation employee, you will among others be responsible for the independent performance of insulation work. You will be active in a variety of sectors such as: Shipbuilding, industry and non-residential construction. Furthermore, you will be working on fire-resistant provisions for new constructions and renovation projects.
Function requirements
- Valid VCA;
- You are enthusiastic;
- You have a driving licence (B);
- You perform accurate work;
- Demonstrable and recent work experience as an insulation worker is a definite requirement;
- Not a 9-to-5 mentality
